My roomie: Abhey saale, we are supposed to go for a jog early in the morning @6, don't go for the trip..while he was telling me no to go...

I was on my all fingers and thumbs for the bike ride which is about 300+ Kms. Finally i slept @arnd 2Am in the morning.

4:30Am- Call from Dileep
Dileep:Dude get up... ready avvu, we should start by 5.
Me: Yeah, i ll be there @ Pizza Hut signal by 5.
Dileep: I ll come and pick u up.
Me: ok
5.15Am - Call to Dileep
Me: Mastaroo, nenu start avutunna... em techukovali.
Dileep: oka towel,shorts,innerware tecchuko chalu.
Me: ok
5:30Am- Call from Dileep:
Dileep: a rey ekkada unnavu.
Me: Start iyya, road meeda unna...
Dileep: sare ite nuvve vachei, nenu petrol kotinchali bike lo, we ll wait @ pertol bunk near the signal.
Me: (Pick chesukunta ani pettadukada anukoni) i started walking to wards the signal.
I met them at the petrol bunk near pizza hut signal. As soon as i reach there, Sin(t) was with a gr8 smile "Hi ra". I also wished him as well as others...
They didn't put petrol as the bunk is CLOSED. 9 of us were going by 5 bikes out of which only 7 guys ride the bikes(Pulsar 200-Pabbu and his bro Deekshith, Pulsar 180- ssv and me, Pulsar 150-Kiku and ITS, Honda Unicorn-TRG and Sin(t), Yamaha Gladiator- Dileep and his Bag).
ITS: we will go by richmond road
Me: no no... it ll be long, we ll go by inner ring road.
TRG: arey i know, we ll go by richmond road that is the shortest way to reach Bannerghatta.
Every one was ok with that and we started... near richmond road we fueled in the bikes...
We missed to take the right turn which leads to Bannerghatta road and we reached the back side of forum mall...
I said, we came all the way to reach forum which we can come directly thru inner ring road... everyone said ok ok we ll move....
As soon as we reach NECE road, everyone started .. we were stopped by a guard at the toll gate..
Pabbu stopped to pay the toll for all the 5 bikes...
Me: "hey bikes ki toll undadhu.. pay cheyanakkar ledhu.. chalo we ll move".
Guard: Boss, kaha jaana hai aap???
Pabbu: kanakpura..
Guard: 7Rs per bike...
Me: (Standing after the toll plaza..shouting) Hey we need not pay for bikes..
ITS: arey akkada rasi undhi ra board meedha..2 wheelers ki pay cheyali ani..
Me:Saw the board and didn't speak a word...
arey Breakfast ki ekkada agudam ra...
someone: on the way we ll find a lot of hotels....
on NECE road, since it was so wide, all of us went at high speeds.. and TRG's bike, I remember it clocking at around 110kmph...
20Kms before kanakpura, we stopped and wanna have breakfast, unfortunately we couldn't find any hotels...
Pabbu: chalo next stop is kanakpura.. we ll have our breakfast there...
Others: ok
Kiku: Sin(t), nuvvu dileep bike ni drive cheyachu kada.
ITS: a rey Dileep, Sin(t) nee best friend kada ra.. bike ivvava..
Dileep: I'm ok with that....
Pabbu: Ok , me and Sin(t) will come on dileep's bike. Deekshith and dillep will be shiting to my bike.
Now the combination has changed and every one started for the breakfast stop... As Sin(t) is learning, he started slow and he maintained the same pace in driving. Every one other than Sin(t) and his pillion rider reached kanakpura and we find one xyz upahar...
TRG: By the time they reach,we will go and order something...
TRG and Myself went inside that hotel and checked the menu...It was written in native kannada and i couldn't understand even a single letter.As soon as i come out,
ITS asked "Emi unnayi ra"
Me: "Anni unnai"
ITS: Anni ante???
Me: emo nakem telusu... akkada menu lo chalaa unnai
ITS: chusav kada em unnai....
TRG: idli,vada,poori,dosa,upma... etc anni unnai raaa...
Me: (TRG ki kuda kannada radhu ani naku telusu) i was surprised to hear TRG telling all the menu... Hey how come u know all these.. the menu was in Kannada... do u know how to read kannada..???
TRG: arey emunnayo telusukovalente menu chadavanakkar ledhu ra.. akkada nuvvu only menu chusav.. nenu pakkana unna bommalu chusa... aa bommalalo nenu cheppinavi anni unnai ;-)
Me: After that i thought.. nalanti vallakosameenemo ila menu pakkada vati photos kuda pedataru... tinataaniki language problem rakudadhu ani.
We all had breakfast and some coffee...alavatu lo tissues ivvara anna...
TRG: Finger bowl teppinchana???
I understood and used the napkin from my pocket..
We started our journey towards shivasamudram....
SSV and myself were left in the last... now TRG grabbed his pillion rider back and Pabbu drove off alone with dileep's bike...after arnd 50kms we saw some crowd standing on both sides of the road..As the road was curvy we saw few ppl standing with a bike damaged on the right side, then i turned left our guys were standing..on observing the sight the following things were running in my mind
Assumption 1: I thought some accident might have happened and our guys stopped to help them...
I saw dileep with some injuries on right side of his face...his glasses were broken..
Assumption 2: Oh shit, these guys met with an accident.. they might have hit the bike the one which i saw on the right...
SSV stopped the bike... "a rey emindi raa".
Deekshith: bike control tappindi.. we(Deekshith and Dileep) hit the milestone and fell..
Me: Oh, aa right side unna damaged bike manadee naa :(
Dileep: arey naku em gurthu ravatam ledhu ra.. antha marchipoya...
By this time pabbu reached the place called MALAVALLI which was 7 kms away from the accident zone. ITS made a call to him and told what has happened over there..on hearing that he rushed back.
People who were passing on that way started telling us something in kannada... no one was able to understand that...the one who understands was Deekshith and he was not in a position to listen all those nonsense...
The damage to the bike was high, so we were not able to ride that.. we decided to take that to bajaj service center and dileep to hospital.
I stopped an auto which was passing near by and we all somehow managed to lift the bike into the auto along which pabbu n ITS left.
Now we have only 5 ppl who ride the bike (As dileep and Deekshith got hurt). i took dileep's bike and dileep as well and started to MALAVALLI, kiku-Deekshith,SSV followed me...
MALAVALLI:
As soon as we reached Malavalli-Dileep's favorite place we found one Govt. Hospital.
Dileep: arey injection vestara... naku bhayam raa...
Me: Enti dileep chinapilladi laa...
Dileep: Govt. hospital vaddu ra...
Deekshith: we ll go to some private hospital.
Deekshith to Auto Guy:(In Kannada..) xxxxxxxx xxxxxx xxxxxx xxxxx private Nurshiing Home xxxxxxx
Auto Driver: aaaaa

Auto Driver: xxxxxx govt hospital xxxxx... straight xxxxx private hospital xxxxxx...
We followed the directions given by that auto driver and found the private hospital on noticing the + symbol on the building. Out side that building, one attender had seen us

Attender: Doctor is not there...(and he was about to go inside.)
Dileep: he (Deekshith) is doctor.
Attender: oh.. then come inside...

We all went inside ... there Deekshith cleaned the dust n blah blah on his face with spirit...Doctor ee accident chesi vadee treatment istunnadu.. keka anukunna
By the time we finished, pabbu and ITS gave the bike to get repaired and they called me.
Pabbu: Guru, enti situation...
Me: First aid ipoindi.. we are starting.
Pabbu: Come to the service center near the petrol bunk..
Me: Ok
We all met again near a medical shop and took some tablets n all...As shivasamudram was only 24 kms from thr,We decided to start with our remaining4 bikes, making an adjustment(triples on one bike)..
SSV: arey naa bike lo gali ledhu pattinchali...
Kiku: Same here...
Pabbu, kiku, Deekshith started on one bike..TRG-Dileep,Me-ITS,SSV-Sin(t) started on others...
For TRG, the trip has remounted...he left the place with Rocket speed...
Myself-ITS started and we were follwed by pabbu but not SSV.
Pabbu: arey nenu gali kottinchi vasta... u ppl wait...
ITS: ok...
we four were waiting there...
Deekshith: anna, Sin(t) is calling..
ITS: (picked the call) aa cheppara....
Sin(t): @#$^7*(@!)(*&^$$)+*&
ITS: What............. Puncture aaaaa. 1/2 an hour aaa
Others: Padindhi kada malli manaki...
ITS: ok ok
Pabbu came and heard the news...ok we ll start from here,let them join us later....
5bikes got 4, 4 split into 3-1. Now 2-1
Finally after 30 mins, we reached barachukki (one of the 2 falls in shivasamudram). We parked our bikes there and were waiting for SSV (Meanwhile Dileep was taking pictures and telling "arey naku em gurthu ravatam ledhu ra.. antha marchipoya...")
SSV and Sin(t) reached... we all changed our dresses and we wore shorts.Everyone started moving towards the falls...
The view of barachukki was awesome...
We all had gone for a boat ride... and from there we moved towards the water falls...
Kiku,Sin(t) and muself were standing under the waterfalls...TRG was about to enter...
Me: TRG, water force chala ekkuva ga undhi,remove the glasses....before i finish saying my sentence,
TRG entered and lost his glasses... and unfortunately we couldn;t find them :(
Inthalone... pakkana nundi.. arey ikkadiki randi raa water padatam ledhu ani oka voice(Sin(t))...
We went under the hill n spend some time there .. and then joined pabbu n ssv in the water...
Me: ssv aa rock daggariki veldama..
SSV: arey flow ekkuva undhi... first nenu velta then nuvvu ra...
Me: ok.
SSV after reaching the rock ,he had given a sign to us...
I started swimming towards the rocks, Pabbu and others followed me... aa rock reach avvaka mundee aa flow ki andharam kottukupovadam start iyyam...
Then our “Gaja swimmer” SSV hold all of us and then we got the support of a rock...In the process Dileep lost his 2nd set of glasses in the water...Dileep wanted to hide his chappels somewhere so he could swim, but we all were splashing water, and because of the slippery rocks, water-current, his chappel flew away .. SSV, like a hero jumped, swam fast and reached the chappel. Afterwards, he was raising it in the water to celebrate victory .. he was playing with that chappel like a kid ... we had much much fun there by splashing water on everyone, although none of us could stand properly holding each other tightly.. some ppl even were flown to us and were holding us to avoid being flown away.. then we spend eternity in reaching the top, so many steep rock-stairs!!
we started back to gaganachukki(the other one). As soon as we reach there we found a restaurant..
Everyone’s craving towards food items is clearly visible on our faces...
Someone: arey falls chusi vachi ikkada tindam raaaaaaaa...
Others: yeah ok.. chalo we ll go..
After the snap session, we had a gr8 lunch.
SSV: arey pabbu, service center ki call chesi cheppu vastunnamu ani...
Pabbu: aa ok..
Pabbu called that guy and told him that we were near the service centre.. ll be coming shortly...
After the call... pabbu said.. arey 5.30 ki istadu anta ra....
pedda pudingi la.... ok 5.30 aa ippudu 4 ee kada iyyindi.. 24kms ee kada we ll stay here for some more time uptill 5 and then we would make our move...Everyone was ok with that... so we settled down in the garden opposite to that restaurant...
Sin(t) reminded those days spent in Bihar and started playing in the kids zone....
Its 5:00 Pm- guys we ll make a move now...everyone started back to Malavalli....
We reached Malavalli in 20 mins and went to the service centre and heard that it will take 45mins more to fix it. As we have 45 mins, all of us went to a bakery to have chai... Bhayya coffee/tea..?? that shop guy nodded his head...nahiii....
Pabbu: any one want cold baadam milk..??
Others: No, we ll have coffee...
Pabbu: ok, bhayya ek baadam milk..
SSV: one for me
pabbu: bhayya doo
Me: naku kuda...
TRG,ITS: naku kuda..
Me: kiku neeku..??
Kiku: No ra, nenu pakkana chai tagutha...
Me: ehe.. chai dhi emundii baadam milk taagaka tachu lee... nenu kuda tagutha...
Kiku: ok ite.. naku kuda...
Pabbu: Bhayya 8 .
Paapam dileep, inka adee alochistunnadu..."arey naku em gurthu ravatam ledhu ra.. antha marchipoya..."
We all had baadam milk and chai... and reached the serivce center after 45 mins... Bhayya.. hogaya kya..???
30 mins lo ipotundi sir...andharam inkaa 30 mins aa anukoni...sollu start chesam...
It was around 6:30Pm..i got bored in fact tired... i asked ITS,TRG,Sin(t),ssv n kiku for a walk...
We wandered through the Malavalli town roads. we showed the hospital ,where dileep got treated ,to its,trg n Sin(t).. after almost an hour we returned to service center to hear one more hour... :( We all went to the service center where exactly they were fitting the bike and stood there....On seeing all of us, the mechanic started fixing it fast...
Finally we got the bike at arnd 8.10. We decided to go via Mysore highway and were about to step out from the shop... It started raining heavily...
We were stuck- there in Malavalli upto 8.45. we then decided to start as its getting late..
Arey andharam kalisi veldamu ra ani TRG annadu...We started towards Bangalore in that heavy rain....
I have taken Dileep's bike..ITS sat behind me...I too stared along with them..I turned on the headlight .. velagatam ledhu.. switch ni rendu sarlu atu itu kotta... eehhhmmm.. velagaledhu...appatikee andharu vellipoyaru....Lucky gaa passlight was working..To my bad luck, the road was horrible.. I started operating the clutch with index finger on pass button and the remaining on the clutch..i was driving slowly.
Others noticed that we were not following them and so they stopped for us...As soon as i reached them..
Me: Dileep enti ee thuffan bike.. head light ledhu em ledhu...
Dileep: arey naa bike ki lighting antha goppaga em undadhu...
Me&ITS: goppaga kadhu assalu ledhu...
SSV: OK.. pabbu u go first, Cheepu go second, others will follow u so that u can have enough light...
Me: Ok..
We started... as discussed, no one waited.. every one left.. and SSV was coming behind me with backup light ;-) It took more than an hour to reach the Mysore highway... We took a halt after reachin that road.. and started...This time Kiku followed us....
35 Kms away from Bangalore... we stopped to discuss about dinner.. and decided to have the same in a restaurant/dabha which ever comes first...SSV wants to leave home and he left for Bangalore. Now 4 bikes 8 ppl...
We stopped @ MNT dabha..another branch of MTR..We went there and asked bhayya kya kya hai...??
waiter: sab hai... kya chahiye...he gave us the menu...
we ordered some veg n non-veg, everyone ordered special BUTTER NONs. Soon we got the unwashed plates and tissue papers..Sin(t) told bhayya,plates clean nahi hai...waiter said tissues hai nah.. saaf karo...
No option, every one was hungry,,, cleaned those water dipped plates with tissues by ourselves...
After sometime, we got the food and every one was shocked to see what they got.... anukunnadi okati iyandi inkoti annattu...order chesindi okati.. vachindi inkoti.... butter naan order chesinavallaki.. plain roti techadu,...
We thought..."Menu lo BUTTER NON ani undhi kada.. he mean it...NON BUTTER roti anii.."
We ate what ever we got.. and started our journey towards Bang...we were completely drenched in rain and all our clothes were wet...I was shivering but somehow managed to drive..
Had a chai in between to get rid of sleep... and moved ...
Finally reached Bangalore arnd 1.30Am Sunday. We departed at the same pizza hut signal.. Pubbu dropped me home...
Planned: Start at 5.Am Saturday-- back at arnd 7PM Saturday..
Actual: Started at 5.30Am Saturday-- back at 1.30Am Sunday.
All were tired...and the long drive made us feel more exhausted...After reaching home i explained the whole story to my roomies and went to bed...
Even though it was a tired and tense trip, now i could say “its a nice experience...”
